8. Cookies & Tracking
Our public web pages use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure aggregate traffic, such as pages visited, referring sites, general location, and whether a visitor booked a consultation or clicked to call or email us. We do not use these cookies for advertising, and Google Analytics does not run on client portal pages (login, dashboard, and password reset), so no portal or financial data is sent to Google. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser. Our embedded scheduling tool (Calendly) may set its own cookies to operate the booking widget, governed by its own privacy policy linked above.
